And we’re off! After leaving Salem Baptist Church in Ohio, today we are on our way to West Seneca, NY for a joint missions conference with First Baptist of West Seneca and Hedstrom Baptist Churches. The next five weeks will find us in twelve different churches and covering in the range of seven thousand miles. After a couple of months of relatively few meetings, we are about to learnof the rigors of deputation with only a small handful of free Sundays left this year. So far we have found the most difficult thing is to be
constantly saying good-bye to new friends and not knowing when or if we will meet again this side of glory.
If things went according to plans the Camp Impact property is now up to about 23 acres with the recent acquisition of property just outside of the south gate. We expect a determination on our application for building permissions within the next couple of weeks. Pray for a good outcome.
So far our car is still running well. Carol and I are still healthy. The bills are all paid. And our support level is slowly rising. God is so very good.
